HERAT, Afghanistan, Jan. 21 (Xinhua) -- Up to 12 civilians were killed and another injured after a roadside bomb struck a civilian vehicle in Afghanistan's western Herat province on Sunday, police spokesman in the province Abdul Ahad Walizada said.
